Yes. Our Membership & Loyalty Program starts at $200 per year, or $100 per month, and saves members on every treatment. Most people get three to four months from a Botox treatment. First-timers sometimes find their earliest treatments wear off a little faster, and the effect tends to last longer once you've treated an area consistently, because the muscle gradually learns to relax. Very active or expressive muscles metabolize it a bit quicker.

Botox has been used cosmetically for more than two decades and has a well-established safety record when it's administered by a licensed medical provider. The doses used for wrinkles are very small and localized. Temporary side effects like minor bruising or a mild headache can happen; serious problems are rare and are almost always tied to unqualified injectors or non-medical settings. The single most important safety factor is who is holding the needle.

They're all neuromodulators that relax the muscles behind expression lines, but they differ in the details. Dysport tends to spread a little more, which suits broad areas like the forehead, and can kick in a touch faster. Xeomin is a "naked" formula with no added proteins, which some long-term users prefer. Daxxify is the newest and is formulated to last longer for some people. Botox remains the most studied and predictable. Your provider recommends one based on the area, your history, and how your muscles have responded before.

There's no upper limit — Botox relaxes a dynamic line at any age, so a healthy person in their 70s is as suitable as someone in their 30s. The only hard rule is that we don't treat anyone under 18, and we rarely treat under 25, because there's usually nothing to prevent yet. Hyaluronic-acid lip filler typically lasts six months to a year, depending on the product and your metabolism. Comfort-wise, most people describe it as very tolerable: the filler contains a numbing agent, we apply topical numbing first, and the lips are treated gently. You can expect some swelling for a few days afterward, which is normal and settles on its own. See our lip filler guide for details.

Sculptra is an injectable treatment made with poly-L-lactic acid that stimulates the body's natural collagen production. It helps restore facial structure, improve skin firmness, soften wrinkles and folds, and gradually replace volume lost through aging.

Traditional hyaluronic acid fillers provide immediate volume by physically filling or shaping a specific area. Sculptra works gradually by stimulating your own collagen production. It is often selected by patients who want progressive, natural-looking facial rejuvenation rather than an immediate "filled" appearance.

Sculptra can improve age-related facial volume loss, wrinkles, folds, skin laxity, and reduced facial definition. It may also improve the appearance of skin firmness, smoothness, and overall quality as collagen develops.

Sculptra is commonly used in the cheeks, smile lines, marionette lines, chin area, and other appropriate areas of the face. It can also help improve cheek and jawline definition when injected according to an individualized treatment plan.

Sculptra is not intended for injection into the lips or directly beneath the eyes.

Sculptra produces gradual results, so the improvement generally appears subtle and natural. Your treatment plan is customized to restore facial balance and support without creating an artificial or overfilled appearance.

Some patients begin noticing improvement within approximately one month. Collagen production continues gradually over the following months, so results do not appear all at once. Temporary fullness immediately after treatment is usually caused partly by the water used to prepare the product and by normal swelling.

Most patients receive approximately two to three treatment sessions over several months. Appointments are generally spaced at least three to four weeks apart. The recommended number of sessions and vials depends on your age, facial structure, degree of volume loss, and desired results.

Sculptra results may last up to two years for some patients. The duration varies according to the individual, treatment area, number of sessions, lifestyle, and natural aging process. Periodic maintenance may help preserve the results.

Most patients tolerate Sculptra injections well. A topical numbing product, lidocaine, cold compresses, or other comfort measures may be used when appropriate. Patients may feel pressure, pinching, or mild discomfort during the injections.

Sculptra generally requires minimal downtime, and many patients return to normal activities soon afterward. Temporary swelling, redness, bruising, tenderness, itching, or soreness may occur around the injection sites.

Your provider may recommend the "5-5-5" massage method: massage the treated areas for five minutes, five times a day, for five days, unless you are given different instructions. Avoid excessive sun or ultraviolet exposure until the initial redness and swelling have resolved. Follow all individualized aftercare instructions provided by your medical professional.

Common side effects include temporary swelling, redness, tenderness, pain, bruising, bleeding, or itching at the injection sites. Small lumps beneath the skin can occur, and delayed nodules have also been reported. Rare but serious complications are possible with any injectable procedure, which is why Sculptra should be administered by a properly trained medical professional.

Sculptra should not be used by patients who are allergic to any of its ingredients or who have a history of keloid formation or hypertrophic scarring. Treatment should be postponed if infection, inflammation, a rash, cyst, active acne lesion, or open wound is present in the intended treatment area.

The safety of Sculptra has not been established for patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or younger than 18. Your complete medical history should be reviewed before treatment.

They solve overlapping problems in different ways. Morpheus8 uses radiofrequency heat under the skin, so it's strong on laxity and deeper remodeling and is safer across a wider range of skin tones. A CO2 laser resurfaces the surface, so it excels at tone, fine lines, and texture but comes with more downtime and more caution on darker skin. For sagging and firmness, Morpheus8 usually wins; for surface resurfacing, CO2 has the edge. Many people get the best result from a tailored combination.

Ultherapy uses focused ultrasound to reach deep foundational layers with no needles and essentially no downtime, which suits early, subtle laxity. Morpheus8 works through microneedles and radiofrequency, adding a texture-and-scarring benefit that Ultherapy doesn't, with a little more recovery. For thicker or more advanced laxity — and when you also want smoother texture — Morpheus8 tends to do more. A consultation is the best way to match the tool to your degree of laxity.

They aren't really rivals — they're often used together. RF microneedling creates the controlled micro-channels and heat that trigger remodeling; exosomes are growth-signaling factors applied into those channels to amplify healing and calm inflammation. Meaningfully improve, yes; erase completely, rarely — and be wary of anyone who promises otherwise. The right tool depends on the scar type: rolling and boxcar scars respond well to radiofrequency microneedling and resurfacing lasers, while ice-pick scars often need a combination approach. Old scars can still improve, though established ones usually take a series. We assess your scar type at consultation and build a realistic plan.
